- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Misrepresentation:

- Provide false KYC information or identity documents
- Misrepresent your jurisdiction, residency, or accredited investor status
Circumvention:
- Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to evade geographic restrictions
- Facilitate prohibited transactions for others
7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities
We reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Report violations to law enforcement and regulatory authorities
- Pursue legal action and seek damages
- Ban your IP address, device, or wallet permanently
7.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

- Automated transaction monitoring systems

- Manual review of suspicious activities
- Collaboration with law enforcement and regulatory agencies

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

are owned exclusively by A BLOCKS NEXUS LTD or its licensors.
Restrictions:
You may NOT:

- Create derivative works based on Platform technology
- Claim ownership of any Company intellectual property
8.2 User License
Limited License Granted:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

License Termination: This license automatically terminates upon violation of these Terms or termination of your account.
8.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

- Loss or theft of private keys or wallet passwords
- Unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or phishing
- Delays or failures in blockchain transactions or third-party services
- Errors in data provided by insurers, government agencies, or partners
- Legal consequences of using Platform in prohibited jurisdictions
10.3 Force Majeure
No Liability for Unforeseeable Events:
Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, pandemics)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or network failures
- Power outages, internet disruptions, or telecommunications failures
- Changes in law, sanctions, or regulatory enforcement
- Blockchain network failures, forks, or protocol changes
11. INDEMNIFICATION

Agreement to Arbitrate:
YOU AND COMPANY AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT.

- Arbitration Body: Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) for Dubai/UAE matters; London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) for UK/international matters; or applicable Indian arbitration bodies for India-specific disputes

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may NOT:
- Assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent

19. DEFINITIONS
"Platform" means the Ensure Insured Platform, including all software, APIs, mobile applications, websites, and blockchain infrastructure operated by A BLOCKS NEXUS LTD.
"User," "You," "Your" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
"Company," "We," "Us," "Our" means A BLOCKS NEXUS LTD and its affiliates (A BLOCKS NEXUS PRIVATE LIMITED, A BLOCKS NEXUS DUBAI).
"KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.
"AML" means Anti-Money Laundering compliance measures.
"VARA" means the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority of Dubai, UAE.
"IRDAI" means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
"RBI" means the Reserve Bank of India.
"DPIIT" means the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Government of India.
"Business Plan" means the Ensure Insured Platform Business Plan submitted to VARA for regulatory approval.
"Smart Contract" means self-executing code deployed on blockchain to automate transactions and enforce rules.
"Fiat Currency" means government-issued legal tender (INR, AED, USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).
20. FINAL PROVISIONS
20.1 Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective as of November 26, 2025 and apply to all users accessing the Platform on or after this date.
20.2 User Acknowledgment
BY CLICKING "I AGREE," CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
