• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

Misrepresentation:

• Impersonate Company officials, partners, or other users
• Provide false KYC information or identity documents
• Misrepresent your jurisdiction, residency, or accredited investor status

Circumvention:

• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to evade geographic restrictions
• Facilitate prohibited transactions for others

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account
• Report violations to law enforcement and regulatory authorities
• Pursue legal action and seek damages
• Ban your IP address, device, or wallet permanently

7.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Claim ownership of any Company intellectual property

8.2 User License

Limited License Granted:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

License Termination: This license automatically terminates upon violation of these Terms or termination of your account.

8.3 User-Generated Content

10.3 Force Majeure

No Liability for Unforeseeable Events:

Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, pandemics)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or network failures

11. INDEMNIFICATION
